Our Story

Coyote Jack's Bar & Grill has a rich history rooted in the passion and resilience of its founder, Kanthasamy. Born in Sri Lanka, Kanthasamy's early life was marked by the country's civil war, which led him to leave home at around 15 years old. Seeking safety, he moved to France with his older brother. It was there that Kanthasamy's journey in the culinary world began, starting from the bottom by washing dishes in restaurants. His dedication and talent quickly became apparent, leading to a chef's encouragement to pursue formal culinary training in France.
